They repaired the timing chain issue and several leaks as well as replacing the water pump. They reduced the labor cost significantly in order to meet the guidelines of the extended warranty. I was having problems starting my car and didn’t want to be down a car over the holiday weekend so South pointe was able to repair my problem. I like them but the traffic and location is far from me but when I go out there they take good care of me. So good south pointe I will all tell others....
Made appt in-line however when I got to appt. still an 1 1/2 hour wait for oil change. Still good experience. My visit was still a good experience.

Honestly was not prepared for the incredible experience I had.... Brennon was a straight shooter and did everything he could to help me. SPC technicians searched for the problem, pinpointed the problem and investigated how to get a specific part for my car, despite the Covid limitations on shipping parts/availability. SPC gave me several options and solutions for the repair and were not pushy for an immediate decision, giving time to think it over. Best to take your vehicle in for service early in the morning and on Wednesday or Thursday. They are quick, they check all of your engine and fill any needed fluids
