The service we received the day of was excellent and quick. The service managers were friendly and responsive. Our only complaint was the delay in the part for the service (mainly due to the UAW strike) and the fact that we were informed the part(side mirror) had indeed arrived one week earlier than when our service actually occurred, only to have my wife be told when she arrived for service that the part was not available and they would have to order it again and they could not fix it that day. Apparently, that was not the case, the part was there but their was a miscommunication between parts and service.
