Awful.
Awful. Will never use this dealership again. Received their coupon flier in the mail. Called around 9am to schedule a brake pad replacement ($109), oil change ($30), and tire rotation ($10). They scheduled me for 10:30am, and I dropped my truck off then. At 5pm, I called to check on my truck. They said I needed to confirm I wanted brake pads, 6 1/2 hours after I dropped it off. The price was almost double as well, and they said they had not applied the coupons yet. Ok. The next day I go to pick it up. They hand me a bill for almost $400. They said the rotors had to be turned. I told them I never agreed to that. The manager said "how do do think a brake job is done?" As if suggesting that rotors always have to be done too, which they obviously don't. Sometimes yes, but not always. He said the rotors were another $233 to have them turned. Insane. I can get 2 rotors and 2 pad sets for almost half that price NEW. He then said I can only use 1 coupon per visit, because he said ""grocery stores only allow you to use one per visit". After telling him I wasn't paying for the rotors, the manager did eventually lower the price to around $220, so basically another roughly $20 or so more than should have been. I pad it, told him I'd never come back. He didnt seem to care at all. No apologies for holding my truck for almost 24 hours for a couple hours job, no apologies for the miscommunication. He just didn't care. Also, the several previous times I've gone here including this one, they've always had new people. This time, I checked my truck in with someone on their 2nd day. The lady handling my repairs was in her 3rd week. Employees do not seem to last here, for whatever reasons, they have a high turnover in this area. BE WARNED. If you care about your vehicle, consider am alternative.

Bought a chevy pickup, still under factory warranty.
Bought a chevy pickup, still under factory warranty. A week later discovered a water leak at the back window, staining the headliner. Service advisor said he's asking gm permission to get it fixed as it's not covered under powertrain warranty. Called back the following week and was advised they have not received an answer from management, but he would call me when ready to schedule. Still have not heard back from dealer. Had to have leak fixed elsewhere.
